Because 30 Seconds Can Change Everything

Drowning is fast, silent, and the leading cause of death for toddlers.

Your child deserves more than exposure—they deserve proven survival swim skills that protect them now.

You Don’t Just Want Swim Lessons — You Want Peace of Mind

You’re here because you love your child enough to give them skills that protect their life, not just lessons that pass the time.

Maybe you’ve looked into swim lessons before, but something didn’t sit right. Singing songs and splashing once a week might look fun, but in the back of your mind, you know that comfort in the water isn’t the same as safety.

Or maybe this is your very first step — you’ve never done swim lessons, but you’ve heard the stories, seen the statistics, and you can’t imagine leaving your child unprepared.

Either way, you’re here because you want more. More than exposure. More than “someday they’ll get it.” You want to know that if the unthinkable happened, your child could float, breathe, and find air — even if no one was right there to help.

That’s where I come in.

Why Parents Trust Me With Their Most Precious Gift

Education, experience, and a whole lot of heart — because your child deserves nothing less.

I’ve spent over a decade teaching children in the water, and I’m still brought to tears the moment a little one floats on their own for the first time. Before becoming an Infant Aquatics® instructor, I taught traditional swim lessons for eight years and saw firsthand how long it could take for children to become truly safe in the water. That’s why I traveled to Colorado to complete a rigorous 100+ hour Infant Aquatics® certification — studying child psychology, anatomy, and survival swim methods — so I could bring life-saving results back to the families I serve.

My background as a high school English teacher, with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education from UNLV, gave me a deep understanding of how kids learn, how they grow, and how to meet them right where they are.

Today, I own and operate two swim schools across Nevada and California, leading teams of instructors and teaching hundreds of children each year. And because I believe every milestone matters, I make celebrations part of our process — from daily stickers to “student of the month” awards to full-blown graduations.

Why Survival Swim

Because three years is too long to wait for safety.

For nearly eight years, I taught traditional swim. I loved it — but it broke me how long it took for kids to become safe. Sometimes it was three years before a child could swim across a pool. When their younger siblings started chasing after them with no skills, it terrified me. I couldn’t shake the thought: what if they fall in and I haven’t given them enough to survive? That’s when I left everything comfortable, flew to Colorado, and became Infant Aquatics® certified through one of the toughest 100-hour trainings you can imagine. The first time I watched a baby roll over and float, I cried. That’s when I knew: this wasn’t a summer job.

This was my life’s work.

I Never Planned This Life

Swim lessons weren’t supposed to be my business — but God had other plans.

I’ve been in the water my whole life. Teaching swim lessons was always something I did — during summers, between jobs, while working on my degrees. My career path was supposed to be teaching English. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s from UNLV, taught middle and high school, and thought I’d spend my life in the classroom. Then 2020 hit, and I lost my job overnight. I prayed for direction. Out of that season, God handed me something I didn’t see coming: swim lessons turned into a calling.

Where It’s Grown

From free lessons with a crate of toys to two schools serving families in two states.

What started with me offering free lessons on Facebook has grown into two locations — a survival swim school here in California and a full traditional swim program with a team in Nevada. Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of babies and toddlers. I’ve watched six-month-olds roll to float. I’ve seen one-and-a-half-year-olds swim across a pool before they could even talk. Every single time, I still tear up. Parents call it unbelievable. I call it God’s reminder that this calling was never an accident.

If we were friends chatting pool side, I’d tell you this about me

(Because kids aren’t the only ones who get to have fun in the pool.)

My favorite food? Chicken tenders and fries. Fancy steak dinners don’t stand a chance.

I never thought I’d leave Las Vegas (my hometown obsession), but here we are in Menifee, California thanks to my husband’s Air Force career.

I’m super close with my mom, so when kids cry for theirs, I totally get it—I miss mine too, LOL.

I’m kinda crunchy, but not too crunchy, more like scrunchy - I’ll eat fast food but you won’t catch an Air Wick plugged into my walls. I read ingredient labels like novels.

If I’ve got headphones in, I’m probably listening to a podcast (like always)

Kids are my thing. Beyond the pool, I serve in youth ministry at church. It’s safe to say I’m almost always surrounded by kids.

I’m only 4’11”, usually standing on my tippy toes in lessons and fighting to keep my face and hair out of the water.

Ironically I’m terrified of skin cancer—so yes, that’s why you’ll see me in full sun-armor: hats, sunglasses, gloves, jackets, the works.

So… what’s next for your little one?

Two clear paths, one shared goal: real water safety that lasts.

Survival Swim

The starting point. Six weeks of one-on-one lessons where your child learns to float, breathe, and self-rescue.

A Swim School That Teaches, Nurtures, and Celebrates Every Step

When you walk into Mrs. Londy’s Swim Academy, you don’t just get lessons—you step into an experience.

From the very first week, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and why through my welcome emails and weekly touchpoints. I keep you in the loop so you’re never guessing what your child is learning or how you can support them at home.

And we celebrate everything. Stickers, prizes, Student of the Month, graduation ceremonies—your child’s milestones matter, and I make sure they feel seen, proud, and encouraged every step of the way.

Even outside the pool, the atmosphere is built for families. Toys for siblings, water for parents, calm background music, a space where families don’t rush out—they linger, connect, and often leave with new friendships.

Most importantly, there’s a clear path forward after the six weeks. Skills don’t fade away here. California families grow into group classes where safety turns into strength, and all families have refreshers to keep skills sharp after breaks.

You’ll never walk away wondering, “what now?”

In the water, I bring a firm-but-fun, compassionate structure that meets each child right where they are.

Sometimes that means inviting you in, too—so you can feel the techniques for yourself and build confidence reinforcing skills at home.

You believe your child’s life is too precious to gamble on “someday” skills.

This is for you if…

You want more than songs and splashing — you want your child to know how to breathe, float, and swim if the unthinkable happens.

You’ve felt that knot in your stomach near a pool, lake, or even a bathtub — and you know water safety can’t wait.

You’re ready to commit six weeks now so your child is protected for years to come.

Let’s Be Real—You’re Not Here for Just “Swim Lessons”

You’re here because you know your child deserves a chance at survival.

Maybe you’ve tried traditional swim lessons and felt frustrated by the lack of progress. Maybe you’ve worried every summer that your little one isn’t truly safe around pools, lakes, or even bathtubs. Or maybe this is your first time searching, and you’re realizing you don’t have years to hope comfort will somehow turn into capability.

You need results you can trust—real survival swim skills that protect your child in weeks, not years.

You need guidance from someone who doesn’t just teach kids to “get used to the water” but meets them where they are, celebrates every milestone, and builds their confidence through proven, compassionate methods.

And let’s be honest—you need peace of mind. The kind that lets you finally exhale when your child is near water because you know they’re prepared.

What if you could have all of that in one program? Six weeks, life-saving skills, and a community that cheers for your child every step of the way.

Yup thats me!
