Make it stand out.

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

Most swim programs spend years singing songs and splashing, hoping kids will grow more comfortable in the water.

But comfort isn’t the same as safety. When it comes to your child, waiting years just isn’t an option

At Mrs. Londy’s Swim Academy, we believe children deserve more. In just six weeks, your child will learn how to float, breathe, and self-rescue through a compassionate, structured program that meets them exactly where they are. Every step of the way, we celebrate their milestones — from the first brave dip underwater to the breakthrough moment when they float all on their own.

Because when it comes to water safety, good enough isn’t good enough. This isn’t an optional skill — it’s the protection every child deserves, and the peace of mind every parent longs for.

What if your toddler could swim across the pool before they could even say a full sentence?

It’s not a dream. In just six weeks, children as young as six months learn to float, breathe, and survive — and by one and a half, many are swimming independently.

You don’t want to wonder if your child would know what to do if they slipped into the pool. You don’t want to wait years hoping traditional lessons will finally “kick in.” And you definitely don’t want to hand your baby over to someone who’s just doing this as a summer job.

You want an instructor who knows what they’re doing — someone who’s trained, experienced, and has spent years teaching children to survive and swim. Because this is your child’s life, and you deserve to trust they’re learning from an expert.

That’s why here, in just six weeks, infants learn how to survival float — a life-saving skill all on its own.

And once children are one and a half, they’re capable of so much more.

We’re talking about little ones who can barely stand on their own feet, who can’t yet string full sentences together, suddenly swimming across the pool by themselves. Parents are amazed. Grandparents are stunned. Even bystanders can’t believe what they’re seeing.

And this is just the beginning. Group classes are where everything grows. Once your child is safe and confident — once you know that if they slipped off a step, they’d simply float until you reached them, or turn and swim back to safety — that’s when the real fun begins. Group lessons give your child the chance to socialize, to splash, to slide, to dive, and to swim with others — all while keeping safety as their foundation.

The result? A child who is not only capable of surviving in the water, but thriving in it — and a parent who finally has the peace of mind they’ve been searching for.

Every Child’s Path to Safety, Confidence, and Joy in the water.

Because real water safety isn’t “one and done.” Our programs carry your child from their first float into confident, capable swimming.

  • Survival Swim

    Where it All Begins

In just six weeks of 10-minute daily lessons, your child will learn to float, breathe, and self-rescue — skills that could one day save their life. Taught with proven methods in a compassionate, structured environment, this program builds true capability in the water.

  • Refreshers

    Because Skills Fade without Practice

Even strong floaters need refreshers. Growth spurts, time away from the water, and even seasonal breaks mean kids need to reset their skills. If your child outgrew their clothes, they probably outgrew their float. Our refresher lessons keep them safe, confident, and capable year after year.

  • Group Classes

    Where Safety Turns Into Joy

For California families, group classes are the natural next step after Survival Swim. Once your child can float, breathe, and self-rescue, they’ll grow into swimming, diving, strokes, and playing alongside peers. These 30-minute lessons are where confidence expands and swimming becomes a joy.

They cried, they floated, they swam — and it changed everything.

Meet Mrs. Londy

After years of teaching traditional swim, I realized kids don’t have three years to wait for safety — they need it now.

I’ve been teaching kids in the water for over a decade. After years of traditional swim lessons, I realized families don’t have years to wait — children need skills that protect them now. That’s why I became an Infant Aquatics® survival swim instructor. The first time I watched a baby roll over and float on their own, I felt the same relief parents feel every day in lessons: safety, confidence, peace of mind.

With a background as a school teacher and a master’s in education, I know how to meet kids where they are, celebrate their wins, and guide them with firm but fun lessons rooted in research-backed methods. Since 2019, Mrs. Londy’s Swim Academy has grown from just me to programs across two states, alongside my work mentoring other instructors through the Swimpreneur Diaries.

This isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. Teaching survival swim is my calling, and protecting children around water is my mission.

The scariest part isn’t the lessons. It’s not knowing if your child could survive.

Six weeks. Real skills. A lifetime of peace of mind.

I’ve worked with hundreds of families who all started in the same place — unsure, curious, even nervous. And every single one of them walked away amazed. The transformation is real: children who look too small to stand on their own two feet swimming, floating, and breathing with confidence. Parents who once worried every time they saw water now watching their child with pride instead of panic.

If you’re new to Survival Swim, here’s what you need to know: it’s not just lessons, it’s life-saving training.

In as little as six weeks, infants as young as six months can learn to roll over and float for air. Toddlers as young as one and a half can swim across the pool by themselves — even before they can form full sentences.

Yes, the process can bring a few tears in the beginning. But tears aren’t trauma — they’re just part of learning. What’s truly scary isn’t crying in a lesson, it’s a drowning accident that happens in seconds. Short-term discomfort leads to long-term peace of mind — for you and for them.
